According to the oldest traditions, this salami is made using fine meats, such as ham, shoulder or lardo, which is finely minced and naturally flavoured.

 

Origin: Umbria

Curing:  3 Months  

Ingredients: pork, salt, dextrose, lactose, saccharose, pepper, natural flavouring, antioxidant E301, preservatives: E252-E250. Lactose and gluten FREE.
