Pecorino Foglie di Noce

This unique Pecorino is manufactured according to an ancient Tuscan tradition.

In the area of Pienza and the Valle d'Orcia, farmers here have atraditionally matured Pecorino cheeses for a long time, in earthenware jars and with walnut leaves. A personal favourite of our unbiased Managing Director whose family just so happen to live in the area.

Maturing: 6 - 12 months
Shelf Life: 6 months

This product is sold by weight - artisan products may differ substantially in size, and the above weight and price are an approximation for online sales purposes. We will never charge you more than what you are expecting on your total bill, but if we send less we will refund the difference.
