Pancetta Coppata

Pancetta Coppata is prepared by rolling up a cut of pork belly with a bit of shoulder, then it is mildly seasoned and cured.

It can be used to flavour several dishes, including Spaghetti alla Carbonara or stews.

Origin: Emilia Romagna
Meat: Pork
Maturing: 1 Month

Shelf life: Sliced approx 45 days, whole 3 months +.
