Nduja is an extremely spicy spreadable salami traditional of Calabria region. Try it on toasted crusty bread, on its own or with a cold soft cheese. Or gently melt it in a pan to use as a base for your meat or vegetable stir fries and stews.
Maturing: 1-2 Months
Ingredients: pork fat, pork meat, chilli, salt.
