Nduja from Spilinga

This is one of our all-time favourites!

Nduja is an extremely spicy spreadable salami traditional of Calabria region. Try it on toasted crusty bread, on its own or with a cold soft cheese. Or gently melt it in a pan to use as a base for your meat or vegetable stir fries and stews.

Meat: Pork
Maturing: 1-2 Months
Ingredients: pork fat, pork meat, chilli, salt.

Weight: 450g approximately

Shelf life: 3 months +.
