It is madewith 60% minced Hare meat and 10% minced Beef, as well as Tomatoes, red wine, virgin olive oil, fresh vegetables (carrot, celery and leeks), garlic, salt and pepper, herbs and spices... chefs follow the the traditional methods using modern equipment, and the final product is an explosion of flavours!
Ready to use, just heat gently in a pan with a couple of spoonfuls of your Pasta cooking water a few minutes before the pasta is ready. Mix it with your pasta and finsh with some grated Pecorino cheese!
