Goat Salami

An amazingly intense flavour makes this salami an all time favourite.

Traditional of the Northern Italian regions, it is made with 50% goat meat and 50% pork. If you are a salami fan, the Salamella di Capra is a must!

Sold whole, approximate weight 200 grams.
