Farfalle Garofalo

Commonly known as "bow-tie pasta", the name is derived from the Italian word farfalla (butterfly). Often served with chunky sauces or in pasta salads. World renowned Garofalo uses the finest high-protein semolina wheat, bronze dies to shape the pasta and a slow-drying process.


Cooking time: 15 minutes.

Contains Gluten and wheat.
