A soft, rich, creamy cheese made using sheep, cow and goat's milk with a unique vegetable charcoal covering. This contemporary cheese has a yellowish coloured interior, a firm creamy rind and a soft paste with a pronounced tangy flavour (attributed to the goat's milk) with a lush and sweet finish.
