Bresaola Punta d'Anca

A Bresaola from the Valtellina region in Northern Italy, made only from the "salmon cut" from mature, grass-fed cattle. Made with "trade secret" flavouring and a meticulous drying process, this PGI-quality product is one of the best Bresaolas on the market.

Serve with olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice, Rocket and a sprinkling of Parmesan .. bellissimo!

Ingredients: Beef meat, salt, natural aroma, dextrose, fructose, preservative E 250, E 252.

Shelf life: sliced approx 45 days, whole 3 months +
