Air-dried, salted beef from the famous and oldest Italian cattle breed known for its size and distinctive white appearance. Aged two or three months until it becomes hard and turns a dark red, almost purple colour.
Ingredients: Beef meat, salt, dextrose, fructose, preservative E 250, E 252.
