A traditional Italian alpine cow’s milk cheese that is produced in the Cuneo province using traditional local cheese making techniques. It is both versatile and delicious! Considered to be a softer version of the Duro, it's taste is further enhanced by a six month aging period. Mild, slightly spicy and milky.
