A cheese made with the milk of Pezzata Nera and Bruno Alpina cows and exclusively from the provinces of Vicenza and Trento. The flavour is fresh, mild and lactic. The texture is a pale and the cheese has a straw-coloured interior and is supple and semi-soft with irregular small holes and soft, flexible rind.
Great as a simple sandwich or salad cheese.
